Refund Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
This policy explains when you get money or credits back on GPUFlow. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Unused rental time comes back automatically
When you start a rental, the price of the hours you booked is held from your credits. Use is billed to the second, with a one-minute minimum. When the rental ends, whether you end it early or the time runs out, everything you did not use returns to your credits right away.
If the provider's computer stops answering for 10 minutes, the rental ends by itself and you pay only up to the moment it went offline.
2. A rental that did not work
If a rental did not work as described, click Report a problem next to it on your dashboard, or open a support ticket, and tell us what happened. If we agree the time could not be used, we refund that time to your credits.
3. Refunds to your card
Credits you have bought are not exchanged back into money, except in these cases: you were charged twice or by mistake, a top-up was charged but the credits never arrived, or the law where you live requires a refund. In those cases, contact us within 60 days of the charge and we refund the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
4. Card disputes
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. It is almost always faster. If you open a dispute, the disputed amount is taken back from your credits and your account is suspended until the dispute is settled.
5. Providers
The $2.50 cash-out fee is not refunded. If a cash-out fails, the full amount returns to your balance. Earnings taken back because of a card dispute are returned if the dispute is settled in our favor.
