Terms of Service

Last updated: September 29, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and GPU Flow LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company ("GPUFlow", "we", "us"). They apply when you use gpuflow.app, its API at gpuflow.app/v1 and the GPUFlow provider agent. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

1. What GPUFlow is

GPUFlow is a marketplace. Renters rent time on graphics cards (GPUs) that other people own, and use the AI models on those GPUs through an OpenAI-compatible API. Providers are the people who own those GPUs and list them for rent.

GPUFlow runs the website, the accounts, the billing and the connection between renters and providers. We do not own the listed GPUs, and a provider is not our employee or agent.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use GPUFlow.

Give us true information and keep your email address current. You are responsible for everything done with your account and your API keys. Keep your password and keys secret, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used them.

One person or business may not use accounts to get around a suspension or a limit we set.

3. Credits and payments for renters

You pay for rentals with credits. One credit is worth US$0.01. You buy credits by card through our payment processor, Stripe, in amounts from $10 to $500 at a time. We do not charge a fee for buying credits. Credits do not expire.

When you start a rental, the price of the hours you book is held from your credits. Use is billed to the second, with a minimum charge of one minute. When the rental ends, you pay only for the time used and the rest of the hold returns to your credits.

Credits can only be used on GPUFlow. They are not money, cannot be transferred to another account, and are refunded only as described in our Refund Policy.

Prices are set by providers and shown in US dollars. Your bank may charge its own fees, for example for purchases in a foreign currency.

4. Using a rental

A rental gives you an API key for one GPU for the time you booked. The AI models run on the provider's own computer, so your requests and the answers pass through that computer. Do not send passwords, card numbers or other information you would not share with a stranger.

Rentals depend on computers owned by other people and on the internet. We do not promise that a GPU will be available, stay online, answer at a certain speed or give correct answers. If a provider's computer stops answering for 10 minutes, the rental ends and you pay only up to the moment it went offline.

AI models can produce answers that are wrong, offensive or unsafe. You are responsible for checking the answers and for how you use them.

5. Providers

To list a GPU, you must own the computer or have the owner's permission to rent it out, and you must describe it truthfully. You run the GPUFlow agent on that computer at your own risk and pay for its electricity, internet connection and wear.

Renters pay your listed hourly price for the time they use. GPUFlow keeps 12% of each rental and credits the other 88% to you. Earnings are held for 7 days after a rental ends, or 14 days if your account is less than 30 days old, before you can cash them out.

Cash-outs go to a bank account through a Stripe payout account, which only works in the countries Stripe and GPUFlow support. Stripe checks your identity. Each cash-out must be at least $25 and costs a flat $2.50 fee.

If a renter disputes a card payment, we may take back earnings from that renter's rentals that are still on hold. If the dispute is settled in our favor, we return them.

You must not record, read, keep or share renters' requests or answers, or change the answers your models give. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use GPUFlow to break the law or to harm others. This includes creating or sharing sexual content involving minors, content that infringes someone else's rights, malware, spam, fraud, harassment, or instructions for serious violence.

You may not attack, probe or overload GPUFlow, a provider's computer or another user; try to reach anything on a provider's computer other than the AI models offered; resell or share API keys; or use stolen payment details.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may remove content, end rentals, freeze credits or earnings connected to the misuse, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal activity to the authorities.

7. Reviews and public content

Your username, profile, listings and reviews are public. Reviews must be honest and about the rental. We may hide reviews or content that break these terms.

You keep the rights to what you post, and you give us permission to show it on GPUFlow and in our search results and marketing about the marketplace.

8. Card disputes and suspensions

Please contact us before disputing a GPUFlow card payment with your bank. If you dispute a payment, the disputed amount is taken back from your credits and your account is suspended until the dispute is settled.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users at risk, or is required to be closed by law. You may stop using GPUFlow at any time. Ask us by email to close your account.

9. No warranty

GPUFlow is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, GPUFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid GPUFlow in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.

Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and compensate GPUFlow against claims, losses and costs that come from your use of the service in breach of these terms or the law.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be decided by the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you and GPUFlow agree to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights the law of your country gives you that cannot be waived.

13. Changes

We may change these terms. For important changes we will tell you by email or on the site before they apply. If you keep using GPUFlow after that, you accept the new terms.

If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
